	A lack of IT. skills has prevented us from promoting our business on-line. We have noticed however our competitors increasingly promoting their websites in the local press. Our product range and services are superior to many of our competitors, now we fear we may be losing customers to the internet. We feel it is time for our business to have a web presence. We need someone to discuss our requirements with, and guide us through the whole process. Set up a website for our business and be available to answer our questions during our learning curve.           About five years ago a friend of a friend of our cousin Archibald agreed to design our website. We do not own a domain name and believe our website is hosted by a free service provider. Our website is quite basic with large text heading, a few images and some text on a patterned background. The main features include flashing text and a bouncing teddy bear. When our email works we do receive the occasional enquiry.
